Welcome! We are K&I Tubular Corporation.
It is widely said that we are now facing a violently changing society, or a commonly known acronym of VUCA (Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity, Ambiguity).
However, as the Budda proclaimed approx. 2500 years ago, our world being 諸行無常 (Shogyo Mujyo,) a concept teaching us all worldly things are impermanent, it has always been the case since the beginning of humanity.
It should NOT be changed that K&I Tubular Corporation, as Specialty Tubular Products trading company, is committed to linking customers to manufacturers across the continents and most importantly, connecting the people involved.
What should be changeable are, WHAT and HOW K&I upgrades ourselves, to create new value addition in accordance with the VUCA world.
For this purpose, we define the following principle of conducts as our four CORE VALUES.
Most prioritized is our team’s PASSION.
Our core asset is the K&I members each of whom is dedicated in devoting passion to our customers, manufacturers and the products & services they provide, which will drive further passion.
Secondly, our EXPERTISE.
As a specialized trading arm, we tirelessly pursue our expertise and by demonstrating our knowledge and intelligence on industries, markets and products to serve our customers, we will further nurture new value addition.
Thirdly, we make every effort to secure TRANSPARENCY between our business partners, as we believe that by only doing so can we obtain our partners’ real trust.
Lastly, our STRAIGHTFORWARDNESS.
K&I is always seeking straightforward goals by offering honesty and rationalism, without any ESG, for which E stands for 遠慮（Enryo / reservation）, 忖度（Sontaku / hypothesise）and 迎合（Geigou / opportunism）.
Only with all four CORE VALUES, PASSION, EXPERTISE, TRANSPARENCY and STRAIGHTFORWARDNESS in place over the entire K&I team, we will be able to achieve our VISION of; connecting our customers & manufacturers with advanced knowledge & intelligence, creating transformation for a brand-new value.
